| 4 | Dewaxing & Burnout |
| This process removes the wax from the flask leaving a cavity in the shape of the original wax tree. The cavity is later filled with molten metal in the casting process. Burnout removes the remaining wax in the cavity and transforms the investment material into hard ceramic. | MEMCO is the Caster’s Choice! There are a number of casting methods.
