Conditions of Sale for Shipments Within the United States
Prices - Effective date 01-04-2010. Prices are subject to change without notice. Items may be added, deleted, or substituted without notice. Prices are FOB our factory in Dallas, TX. Shipping and insurance charges are added to invoices. Prices include normal packaging and crating. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
WARRANTIES - Full text of our warranty can be found here. No warranties are made on refractory parts. Most refractory materials are very fragile and will be damaged by improper handling. Certified installation of all induction equipment is required for warranty.
SHIPPING DAMAGE - Our terms of sale are FOB our plant. The responsibility for damage in transit is the carrier's whether it be visible or concealed damage. Inspect your shipment immediately and insist visible damage be indicated on your copy of the freight bill. Inspect for concealed damage as soon as possible. We have taken every precaution to insure safe arrival, but our responsibility ceases when the shipment is turned over to the carrier. Claims for damages must be made by you within 15 days of receipt of delivery. We will insure all shipments unless otherwise instructed.
ORDERING - Placing an order constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions outlined herein. MEMCO products are designed for the professional trade. Please order by stock number as our order desk is not responsible for items ordered by description. Please contact technical sales when ordering parts not shown on our catalog. RETURNS - All returns must have a return materials authorization (RMA) number issued by MEMCO before returning. This number must be shown on address label and affixed to the item. Return shipping costs are the responsiblity of the customer A restocking fee of 20% ($20 minimum) of the cost of items will be charged on all items that are not MEMCO's error. This restock fee also applies to all refused C.O.D.'s. Items not listed herein, high temperature items, custom items, special order items and items shipped over 30 days ago are not returnable. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed.
TERMS - Open Accounts - Net 30 days with approved credit. C.O.D.'s - We will accept C.O.D. orders if you have not refused a C.O.D. previously. All carriers charge extra for this service. Credit Cards - Visa and Master Card.

Shipper documentation charges will be added to each order. Export packing charges will vary according to products, destination and mode for shipping. All charges relating to freight, forwarding, insurance, handling documents, courier charges and bank charges must be paid by consignee. All quotes are valid for 45 days unless otherwise noted.
