This steam dewaxer system can improve casting results. Steam
and heat removes the wax from the invested flasks prior to burnout.
The wax turns to liquid, not to gas, avoiding any fumes that might require
ventilation. The wax will not contaminate the investment
surface. Wax is collected in the water reservoir and is easily
removed. You can get a cleaner burnout and a smoother
investment. It also will eliminate problems of fumes and smoke
during the burnout cycle. Use of steam dewaxer will increase the
life of your burnout oven and heating elements. |

| Our burnout furnaces are constructed with extra
thick premium insulating firebrick to withstand heavy usage. The
elements are protected in recessed grooves, ensuring longer life.
Wax trays are supplied to protect the floor from wax as well as an oven
rack to allow you to double stack your flasks. This gives you more
space in your oven compared to conventional pyramidal stacking.
