LIMITED WARRANTY: All new Inducto-Vac, Electro-Vac, Intellijector and Intellitroll products are warranted by McFeffin Enngineering & Manufacturing Company, Inc., d.b.a. MEMCO, Inc. against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for three years after date of purchase from MEMCO or it's authorized dealer. Any part which is determined by MEMCO to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to MEMCO's service location, as MEMCO designates, shipping costs prepaid, will be as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced, at MEMCO's option. This warranty shall be voided by:
Unauthorized installation by other than MEMCO trained technicians (contact MEMCO to verify certified technician status of your installer).
Altering, removing or defacing nameplate.
Use of non-Genuine MEMCO repair parts or non-Genuine MEMCO supplies.
Misuse, abuse or unauthorized alterations.
Failure to properly maintain equipment as specified in Owner's Manual.
Not allowing dealer personnel into shop for periodic inspections.
Failure to fill out warranty registration and mail to MEMCO within 15 days of receipt.
Refractory items are specifically excluded from all warranties. Service calls made for machines with a voided warranty or out of warranty or no problem found will be billed at the normal rate and due at completion of service call.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMED: MEMCO has made a diligent effort to illustrate and describe the products accurately. However, such illustrations and descriptions are for the sole purpose of identification. They do not express or imply a warranty that the products are merchantable, or fit for a particular purpose, or that the product will necessarily conform to the illustrations or descriptions. No warranty or affirmation of fact, expressed or implied, other than as set forth in the limited warranty statement above is made or authorized by MEMCO.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. MEMCO's liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid.
PROMPT DISPOSITION: MEMCO will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustment with respect to any product that proves to be defective within the warranty period. Before returning any product, contact the MEMCO location from which the product was purchased, giving date and number of original invoice and describing defect. Title and risk of loss pass to buyer on delivery to the common carrier. The responsibility for damage in transit is the carrier's whether it be visible or concealed damage. Insist visible damage be indicated on the freight bill. Inspect for concealed damage as soon as possible. You must file claims for damages within ten days of receipt. We insure all shipments unless otherwise instructed in writing.
PRODUCTS SUITABILITY: Many states and localities have codes and regulations governing sales, construction, installation, and/or use of products for certain purposes, which may vary from those in neighboring areas. While MEMCO attempts to assure that its products comply with such codes, it cannot guarantee compliance, and cannot be responsible for how the product is installed or used. Before purchase and use of a product, please review the product application, and national and local codes and regulations to be sure that the product, installation, and use will comply to them.
NO WARRANTIES TO CONSUMERS: MEMCO makes no warranties to those defined as consumers in the Magnuson-Moss Warranty-Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act.
IMPROVEMENTS: MEMCO, Inc. specifically reserves the right to make improvements in design or changes in specifications at any time without incurring obligation to install them on units previously sold.
